NetKabel

Internet and cable TV provider in Strumica, North Macedonia, since 1995

What they needed
First, online bill payment, which two other agencies had tried and failed to build. Later, a new website: the old WordPress site had become slow, dated and hard to keep running.
What we did
We added online bill payment to the old site, then rebuilt the whole website. Customers now type their account and customer number, see what they owe and pay by card through cPay, with no login. The office gets an email for every payment, a daily report, and an admin panel to import bills and export payments.
What changed
More than 3,000 customers a month were already paying online with our first version. The new site keeps that working in fewer steps, with an instant receipt for every payment.

Enterprise League

B2B company directory and business network

What they needed
A place where buyers find companies: a public profile for every business, searchable by sector and country, that the company can claim and keep up to date.
What we did
We built and run the whole platform: company profiles with guided setup, products and services, search across 825 sectors, awards, visitor analytics for every company, automated emails, and an admin system for moderation and data imports.
What changed
Enterprise League lists more than 295,000 company profiles, and companies can see who looks them up.

Dentanova

Dental clinic in Strumica, North Macedonia

What they needed
Their WordPress site was slow, and the English and Bulgarian versions had errors, from wrong opening hours to buttons left untranslated.
What we did
We rebuilt it from scratch in Macedonian, English and Bulgarian, with free-consultation booking, a contact form and one-tap WhatsApp, Viber and phone buttons. We also fixed the accessibility gaps: headings, image descriptions and form labels.
What changed
The site loads 3 KB of scripts instead of 90 KB, the main photos went from several megabytes to 299 KB in total, and patients from Bulgaria read everything in their own language.

WCL London

Members’ club for Russian-speaking women in London

What they needed
One place to run the whole club: the website, a monthly calendar of events, tickets, memberships and the team’s daily admin.
What we did
We built the website in Russian and English, event tickets and memberships paid through Stripe, waitlists, weekly automated emails and an admin dashboard the team uses from their phones. An AI assistant drafts entries for the club’s London guide.
What changed
The club runs 8 to 10 events a month, and tickets, memberships, waitlists and emails all run through the site and one dashboard.

Questions about prices and projects

How much does a website cost?

A simple website of up to five pages costs €300 to €500. Our hourly rate is €20. Bigger projects depend on pages, languages and features such as online payments or booking. After a free 15-minute call you get a fixed price in writing, with no hidden costs.

Why are your prices lower than big agencies’?

We’re a small team with no sales department or account managers, and we reuse proven building blocks instead of starting from zero every time. You pay for the work, not the overhead.

What will hosting cost after launch?

We build fast static websites hosted on AWS, so running costs stay low. Hosting and support are quoted together with your project, so you know the monthly cost up front.

Do you build websites in Macedonian and other languages?

Yes. Dentanova is in Macedonian, English and Bulgarian, and WCL London is in Russian and English. This site is in Macedonian and English.

Can you take over or fix an existing website?

Yes. We took over AngloGerman’s website when their previous agency stopped supporting it, and we rebuilt NetKabel’s and Dentanova’s old WordPress sites.
